Yes, you can configure list assignments based on multiple criteria. Set up rules so donors join different ActiveCampaign lists depending on which campaign they supported, their donation amount, or whether they’re first-time or returning donors.

How do I set up the integration between Charitable and ActiveCampaign?

Install the Newsletter Connect extension for Charitable. Then log into your ActiveCampaign account to generate API credentials from your account settings. Enter those API credentials in the Charitable settings under the Settings » Marketing » ActiveCampaign tab. 

Do donors get added automatically or do I need to trigger it manually?

Donors are added completely automatically. The moment someone completes a donation through Charitable, the integration triggers and their information syncs to ActiveCampaign within seconds. No manual action is required from your team.

Is there a limit to how many contacts I can sync?
